Book your 'Soul Alignment Session
1. Choose a Session Length
You can choose between 40min, 75min and 2.5hrs Session Lengths.
40min Sessions are best, if you would like to clear and gain clarity on one specific topic (e.g. letting go of an ex-partner or clearing money blocks).
75min Sessions are ideal, if your topic is fairly complex or if your topic is connected to other topics (e.g. career and relationship).
2.5hrs Sessions are suited best to individuals, who are seeking a deeper immersion and wish to change their life trajectory (e.g. start their own business, gain clarity on Soul Purpose, going through Life Transitions).
2. Book your Appointment
You can book your Session date and timeslot via the Booking Page (see further below) and check out via Card or skip Payment at this time.
If you don’t pay during the Booking Process, you will be sent a separate invoice, which you can pay Online via Card or Direct Debit prior to your Appointment date.
If you choose to extend your Session time during your Session (e.g. if we need more time), you will be sent an invoice afterwards.

3. Prepare for your Session
Once your booking has been received, you will receive a booking confirmation email from Lisa within 12 hours, with your Zoom link, a link to the client intake form (if you are a first-time client) and a link to the Pre-Session Survey.
The Pre-Session Survey will give you the opportunity to tailor your Session preferences (e.g. if you would like to focus more on energy-clearing or on exploring your Human Design blueprint) and a chance to mention the topic you would like to shift and gain clarity on beforehand.

What you need to know before booking your Session:
Birth Time
Not knowing your exact birth time will limit the depth of information that can be gathered from your Human Design and Astrology charts. However, we can still consult your charts without a birth time.
Allied Health
Please note that ‘Soul Alignment Sessions’ are no substitute for psychotherapy or professional medical care, and not suitable for you, if you have been diagnosed with a mental illness.
Medication
If you are taking medication for mental health concerns (e.g. anti-depressants) or life-threatening physical health conditions, you will not be able to participate in energy work or Psychic Clearings.
Cancellation
You may reschedule your Session or ask for a refund (e.g. if your plans change), but you must do so prior to your appointment time. No refunds will be given, if you miss your appointment without notice.
Age
‘Soul Alignment’ Sessions are not suitable for anyone under the age of 21. Instead of booking a Session for an underage child, parents are encouraged to book a Session for themselves.

Session 1: The Visionary Session
What are you creating?
During this Session, we are exploring your Life’s Mission, your Goals, Aspirations and Higher Calling. We will clear energetic obstacles, doubts, patterns of self-sabotage, stagnation, procrastination and anything else that clouds your Vision and blocks your Path ahead.
During the ‘Visionary Session’ you will make a commitment to your dreams and prepare for the future you are creating.
Session 2: The Power Recall Session
Who are you becoming?
During this Session, we will increase your level of confidence, self-belief and self-worth, and help you resource feelings of powerlessness, overwhelm and ‘not good enough’ until you can step more fully into your inborn power.
During the ‘Power Recall Session’ you will learn to trust yourself again and rediscover how it feels to be the captain of your own ship.
Session 3: The Higher Guidance Session
How can you trust your intuition?
During this Session, we will renew your connection with your Higher Self and help you to access your intuition. We will clear soul wisdom blockages and call in the support of your Spirit Guides.
During the ‘Higher Guidance Session’ you will reconnect with the creative energies of the Universe and align your life with your Soul’s Mission.
