‘Inner Gift Resourcing’ Practitioner Trainings are insurable with the IICT (International Institute of Complementary Therapies).

To attain approved Practitioner insurance, trainees have to demonstrate proof of existing qualifications in Allied Health in one of the following modalities:

• Psychotherapy or Counselling
• Hypnotherapy
• NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)
• EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
• Matrix Reimprinting
• Kinesiology
• or similar

This is to ensure that Practitioners have pre-existing experience in working with clients one-on-one and are able to manage the emotional state of their clients.

If you are an Allied Health Practitioner (in the field of energy work, body work etc.), but not eligible for the IICT Insurance pre-requisite, you can still attend the Practitioner Training for professional development purposes, which means that you won’t be able to advertise yourself publicly as an ‘Inner Gift Resourcing’ Practitioner, but you can list this Training as part of your qualifications and combine IGR tools with your existing modalities.

All trainees are advised to stay within their scope of practice at all times.

‘Inner Gift Resourcing’ Practitioner Trainings are not suitable for individuals, who:

• Hold no prior qualifications in Allied Health modalities and/or have no experience with personal growth or self-healing.
• Have been diagnosed with a mental health condition (including epilepsy, schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder, borderline syndrome, dissociative identity disorder, PTSD).
• Experience suicidal thoughts and/or are in need of psychotherapy.
• Take medication linked to diagnosed mental health conditions (including anti-depressants)
• Are mentally disabled and struggle with comprehension.
• Suffer from severe physical health conditions (e.g. cancer, brain injuries, organ failure or other health issues that pose a risk to the client’s life and physical well-being).
• Suffer from drug addiction or alcoholism.
• Presently find themselves in the midst of court proceedings.
• Presently experience domestic violence or sexual abuse at home.
• Have experienced the death of a loved one (partner, close friend or family member) within the last 3 months.
• Are under the age of 21.
• Are pregnant.

Please note that the “Inner Gift Resourcing” Practitioner Training is no substitute for professional medical treatment or psychotherapy.

Even though individuals without prior qualifications in Allied Health are not eligible to attend the full ‘Inner Gift Resourcing’ Practitioner Trainings, they may still attend:

• The ‘Inner Gift Resourcing’ Self-Help Training, which is Weekend 1 of the IGR Practitioner Training (eligibility for this Training will be determined in the pre-interview)
• The ‘Inner Gift Resourcing’ SPIRIT, CREATOR, STARGAZER Professional Development Modules

For all Courses, prior experience with personal growth and self-healing is strongly recommended (e.g. if you have plenty of experience with Allied Health modalities as a client). If you do not have any experience, you might consider booking in as a client for 1:1 Sessions with Lisa instead or attend one of Lisa’s Women’s Events.

During the ‘Self-Help’ Practitioner Training (Part 1), trainees will:

• Learn the foundations and philosophy of ‘Inner Gift Resourcing’
• Apply ‘Inner Gift Resourcing’ Protocols to their own topics for personal development via step-by-step visualisation and drawing processes
• Practice ‘Inner Gift Resourcing’ Protocols on themselves and as part of the group
• Complete 2 ‘Self-Help’ Case Studies to demonstrate their understanding of ‘Inner Gift Resourcing’ Protocols
• Receive a Mentoring Session

During the ‘Professional’ Training (Part 2), trainees will:

• Review ‘Inner Gift Resourcing’ ‘Self-Help’ Protocols and explore additions to the IGR Protocols
• Learn how to apply ‘Inner Gift Resourcing’ in Client Sessions
• Practice ‘Inner Gift Resourcing’ Protocols & witness a demonstration Session
• Understand the Code of Ethics and responsible business practices
• Complete 3 ‘Working with Clients’ Case Studies to demonstrate their expertise in ‘Inner Gift Resourcing’ Protocols
• Complete a written assessment
• Receive a Mentoring Session

‘Inner Gift Resourcing’ Online Mentoring Sessions are usually conducted via Zoom, however, trainees may also request these Sessions to be conducted via Microsoft Teams or Skype.

Before participating in an ‘Inner Gift Resourcing’ Training, it is recommended that you book a one-on-one Session or book a free information Zoom call to ensure that the ‘Inner Gift Resourcing’ modality is the right choice for you.

Practitioner Trainings are charged in advance. In some cases the request for payment plans might be accepted – depending on the individual’s circumstances.

In all cases, individuals will pay a non-refundable deposit in order to secure their spot (the deposit is only refunded in case the Training won’t take place).

‘Inner Gift Resourcing’ (IGR) is a holistic, energy-shifting & gentle emotional release process that combines elements of ‘Parts Integration’ with an ‘Energetic Resourcing’ approach.

Unlike psychotherapy, family constellation, EFT or many other trauma-release modalities, IGR does not discuss or directly engage with the client’s memories of past traumatic events or family backgrounds. Instead, IGR utilizes the inner sensations, emotional experiences and verbal feedback of the client to reduce unprocessed emotional stress, and returns foreign energy imprints connected with family lines, past lives and other origins energetically – while staying focussed in the present moment. The IGR Process is facilitated with elements of energy clearing & drawing exercises, which will be taught in the Training.

You do not need to attend the Professional Development Modules (e.g. the SPIRIT & CREATOR Modules) in order to receive your ‘Inner Gift Resourcing’ Practitioner Certificate.

The Professional Development modules are additions to the Practitioner Training for those, who wish to apply ‘Inner Gift Resourcing’ to special interest subjects.

The 3 Professional Development Modules are:

• The SPIRIT Training Module (Working with Chakras & the Higher Self)
• The CREATOR Training Module (Manifesting with the Law of Attraction, Creativity & Coaching Topics)
• The STARGAZER Training Module (Astrology and Birth Chart core themes)

If you choose to add these Professional Development Modules to the Practitioner Training, you will receive a booking discount, if you book them together. You can also decide to book them at a later time.

You will receive a Certificate of Attendance after completing each of the following Training Courses:

• Self-Help Training (Part 1)
• Professional Training (Part 2)
• SPIRIT Training Course
• CREATOR Training Course
• STARGAZER Training Course

This may serve as evidence that you have attended the Course and will be written out for Professional Development.

If you hold existing qualifications in one of the following Allied Health modalities:

The Pricing for the IGR Practitioner Training and the Professional Development Modules depend on whether you choose to participate in a group setting or receive the Training One-on-One.

Standard Training Fees for the IGR Practitioner Training and Professional Development Modules apply, if you:

A) Attend in a Group setting (In-Person or Online)

B) Attend One-on-One Online

C) Attend One-on-One In-Person, but supply the venue for free.

If you are booking your IGR Training in conjunction with any of the Professional Development Modules, you will receive a booking discount.

A full refund (minus the non-refundable deposit) for IGR Practitioner Training investments is permitted, if the enrolment is cancelled at least 7 days prior to the commencement date and if access to IGR Training Resources has not been provided yet.

• If the enrolment is cancelled within 7 days of the course commencement date, a refund of 50% is permitted.
• If access to less than a quarter of the IGR Training Resources has been provided (e.g. during Day 1 of the Self-Help Training or in Module 1-2 of the Online Training) and the trainee is unable to complete or continue with the training, a 25% refund may be permitted under special circumstances (e.g. illness or death of a loved one) or the trainee may defer their payment to a later IGR Training intake. This decision is subject to the training provider and depends on the trainee’s individual circumstances.

• If more than a quarter of the IGR Training Resources have been accessed (e.g. Day 2 of the Self-Help Training or Module 3 of the Online Training), no refunds will be permitted.
• For any additional product purchases, e.g. audio recordings, e-books or Mentoring Sessions – scheduled as part of the IGR Practitioner Trainings – no refunds are permitted.
