Meet Lisa Jonas

INNER GIFT EMBODIMENT & ASTROLOGY COACH

Lisa Jonas is the creator of energy-clearing modality ‘INNER GIFT RESOURCING’ (IGR), which is focussed on clearing emotional stressors, ancestral imprints and past life themes that hinder our capacity for self-love, self-empowerment, creative thriving and soul purpose alignment.

In her work, she blends her experience in Allied Health Modalities – including Family Constellation, EFT, Art Therapy, Hypnotherapy and Holistic Counselling – with her knowledge of Astrology, Meditation and Coaching to help clients, trainees and workshop participants to reduce emotional stress, connect with intuitive guidance, embody their inner gifts more authentically and to restore their energetic and personal boundaries.

More Information

Lisa grew up in Germany and relocated to Australia in 2010, where she has been residing in the Northern Rivers Region (New South Wales) since 2016.

She has been running Stress-Less Classes for the Student Association at the Lismore Southern Cross University and been invited to conduct Self-Care Workshops for regional towns like Glen Innes, NSW.

Lisa can often be booked for Astrology Readings and Psychic Clearings at the ‘Starlight Festival’ (Bangalow) and the ‘Mind Body Spirit Festival’ (Brisbane).

Creative Background

Lisa originally studied Directing for Performing Arts (Film & Theatre) and directed the Broadway Musical “Hairspray” for the Coffs Harbour Musical Comedy Company in 2014.

Her fantasy screenplay ‘Astrotopia and the Twelve Realms’ has been a Finalist and won an ‘Honorable Mention’ in the 2021 Fresh Voices Screenplay Competition (Los Angeles).

‘Inner Gift Resourcing’

Lisa Jonas has created ‘Inner Gift Resourcing’ (IGR) to help clients to become self-empowered, regain a sense of inner wholeness and to live an inspired, uplifting and heart-centred life.

‘Inner Gift Resourcing’ combines elements of gentle energy clearing, parts integration, energetic resourcing and intuitive drawing with the intention of dissolving self-sabotaging beliefs, reducing emotional stress and restoring healthy energetic boundaries.

Since 2023, ENDORPHINA CREATIVE is an approved Training Provider with the IICT (International Institute of Complementary Therapies) and offers ‘Inner Gift Resourcing’ as an insurable Practitioner Training for individuals with existing qualifications in Allied Health (e.g. Counselling, Hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT or similar).
